HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
We had all sorts of fun this Halloween! We visited a pumpkin patch, carved pumpkins, watched "It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" and dressed up to give out candy on Halloween night. I think Evelyn's first Halloween was a fun one!

7 months!!
I'm a few days late, but...My sweet Evie is 7 months old!
She can army crawl and she’s everywhere. We can surround her with toys and she will make her way over to much more interesting things – like the entertainment center or a stack of books. What is it with kids being inordinately interested in whatever silly thing that they are not supposed to have? Evie would rather see if she can fit the entire TV remote in her mouth than play with her toys most of the time. She’s loving solid food for the most part – although most of the time she’d rather chew on her bib than pay attention to me and the spoon. We end with baby food everywhere – but cleanup is no problem because we have a little water baby. Evelyn absolutely loves baths and showers. Her face will light up when we got in the bathroom and she bounce up and down in my arms because she’s so excited. She loves splashing. She also likes to put her hand under the stream of water from the faucet and watch it. She’s wiggle her fingers and it looks like she’s trying to catch the water. She’s not happy when bath time ends and she’ll express her displease by wiggling like mad when we try to put her in her pajamas. It’s definitely harder to get Little Miss dressed than it was a few months ago. It’s especially hard when Pat is trying to get her dressed if I am in the room. Evie is a little attached to Mommy right now and when she sees me, she wants me NOW.
